In order to OFFICIALLY complete your enrollment, you must make your first payment.
How to Make a Payment:
Register and sign in to Member Online Services. Then go to the Billing tab. You can pay by checking account, credit card or debit card at no additional charge. Members who did not purchase a plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace (the Marketplace) can only pay online with a credit card or debit card for the first month’s premium payment.
Go to one of MoneyGram’s convenient locations to pay your premium bill. Find a location near you.

Please send your payment before the deadline noted on your premium bill. It may take up to 10 business days for Horizon BCBSNJ to process and post your payment.
Pay by phone
Call 1-888-778-2005 and use the Billing Status option to use your checking account or debit card. This option is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost to you.
Or, call 1-800-355-BLUE (2583), Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET to speak with a Member Services Representative to make a payment. The $25 service fee that is charged to members who make a payment through a Member Services Representative will be waived for the month of January.
